So I just “worked out” for the first time in months and now my legs are shaking and my face is a big red tomato…buuut I feel great and I can’t wait for the energy boost to hit after I eat!

- maybe go to the cinema to see ‘from up on poppy hill’ (R?? you wanna go? it’s not at the little theatre still so we could trek to Bristol?)
Uuuuggghh I feel like utter shit. Starting tomorrow I am exercising regularly again.
